Questions
How do I cancel?
Email arno@arcos.cloud from an address on your account. It takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Part-months are not refunded.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
You keep it. Within 14 days you get the site files, your data, the access details and a written handover. The domain and the Google profile stay yours. From then on, hosting and any platform costs are yours.
Is ad spend included?
No. You pay the ad budget directly to Google or Meta, from your own ad account. Running Google Ads, Local Services Ads or Facebook and Instagram ads for you is an Ecosystem block, quoted on a call.
What does the Ecosystem cost?
It depends on the blocks you add, your trade and your area, so it is quoted on a call. Scope and price are agreed in writing before any work starts.
Are texts and calls included?
Yes, and so is registering your business with the carriers for texting.
Do you charge sales tax?
The fee does not include any tax that may apply where you are, and that tax is yours to handle. German VAT is not charged to a business based outside the EU.
