The texting rules, short
Business texts from a local number run on 10DLC, a channel where each business is registered and verified before it may send. We register yours in its own name and pay for it.
Every text carries your business name, and anyone who replies STOP gets no more texts, as the carrier guidelines ask. That makes your business the legal sender.

Questions
What does the text say?
By default: "Hey, it's Mike's Concrete. Sorry I missed your call, I'm out on a job right now. Text me what you need and I'll get right back to you." Yours carries your own name and business. You can change it or replace it before launch, and later as one of the changes your fee covers.
Is missed-call text-back legal?
Yes, inside the texting rules above, and it only texts people who just called your number.
Does it cost extra?
No. It is part of the Foundation, $297 a month, or $197 without review requests. Texting, carrier and registration costs are in that fee.
Who sees the replies?
You do. The number, the messages and the customer record are yours.
Will it keep texting people?
No. One text per missed call. If you turn it on, one nudge goes the next morning to anyone who never wrote back, and then it stops.
