More Google reviews, asked for after every job
When a job is marked done, Arcos sends your customer one text asking for a Google review, and one follow-up if they do not respond. Every customer gets the same request. Part of the $297 plan.
What you get
- The reviews engineOne request after each finished job, at the delay you pick: an hour, a few hours, the next day or two days later. One follow-up, then it stops.
- Review huntingThe same request to every past customer on the list you give us.
- Your reviews on your siteYour website shows up to five reviews from Google's feed, word for word and linked to Google, and never drops one for its stars. Below a 4.0 average we leave reviews off the site and tell you why. On both plans.
The rules we follow
- GoogleNo reward for a review, and no asking only the happy customers. Its policy bans businesses that "selectively solicit positive reviews." Google Maps content policy
- The FTCIts rule on consumer reviews bans fake reviews, buying positive or negative ones, and suppressing negative ones. 16 CFR Part 465
- Our ruleWe do not write, buy, incentivize, filter or remove reviews, and we never promise a removal.
Why it matters
47% of consumers won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews, and 74% only care about reviews from the last three months. BrightLocal, 2026
So ask after every job, not once a year.
What it costs
The $297 plan is the $197 one plus the reviews engine and review hunting.
Questions
Is it allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes. Google's own help tells businesses to remind customers to leave reviews and to send them a Google link.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google removes reviews given for a reward, including a discount or free work, and it can restrict your profile for it. We decline to send those requests.
Can you get a bad review removed?
No, and we never promise it. You can reply to it in public, and you can report a review that breaks Google's policies through Google's own process. Replying is yours to do unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Which customers get asked?
Every customer whose job is marked done, plus every past customer on the list you give us for review hunting. Only numbers you have the right to text.
