Arcos

Websites for contractors, written for your trade and your area

Arcos researches your trade and the towns you cover, writes every page, then hosts and maintains the site. Changes are included, and the site and domain are yours. In the Arcos Foundation, $297 a month.

85% of consumers say contact details and hours matter when they look up a business. BrightLocal, 2025

The estimate form, filled in on a phone and sent: name, number, the job and the consent tick.

How it works

  • ResearchWe read your Google profile, your state registration and the sites you compete with, then list your jobs and towns.
  • WritingEvery page is written for your trade and the questions your customers ask, with your own photos where you have them.
  • Your confirmationYou check every fact. License numbers, insurance, years in business, hours and prices go live only after you confirm them.
  • LaunchWe connect your domain and measure load speed on the live address. 53% of mobile visits are abandoned if a page takes over 3 seconds to load. Google, 2016

What it does not do

We never invent reviews, years in business or license numbers, and never show stock photos as your work.

Not in the Foundation:

  • Paid ads and ad spend
  • Print, vehicle or sign graphics
  • Photo or video shoots
  • Copy beyond your website
  • A logo beyond the mark that comes with the site

Where it matters most

  • Junk removalThe form asks what it is, how much, and where it sits, so you can quote from the first message.
  • LandscapingGalleries of your own finished beds, patios and walls sell the design visit.
  • Pressure washingBefore and after photos sell this trade, so yours get their own gallery.
  • ConcretePhotos of forms and rebar before the pour show the base, not just the finish.

Questions

Do I own the website?

Yes. You own the design as delivered, the copy written for your business and the source files. We send the files whenever you ask, and automatically within 14 days if you leave. If you cancel, you keep the site and run it yourself from then on.

Can I keep my domain?

Yes. If you have one, we connect it, which needs access to its DNS settings. You stay the owner. If you need one, we register it in your name wherever the registrar allows and transfer it on request. We never hold a domain back.

What if I already have a site?

We look at it on the first call, and if it is doing its job we say so. If we rebuild it, it goes on your domain: your own photos and anything true on the old site carry over, and every old page address Google has indexed is pointed at its new page.

How are changes handled?

Email them to arno@arcos.cloud. For anything bigger, like a redesign or pages beyond the original scope, we tell you first, and nothing is charged unless you agree the price in writing.

Is the AI reply part of the site?

It works through the site's form and is its own part of the Foundation. When someone sends the form, an automated agent texts them back, asks your qualifying questions and hands you the conversation. It does not quote prices or agree scope. How the AI reply works.
