Arcos

An AI voice agent that calls your new leads back

When someone sends your form, the Arcos voice agent calls them back, asks your questions and books the visit on your calendar. Part of the Arcos Ecosystem, quoted on a call.

The call back to a new lead: it says it is automated, asks your questions and books the visit.

What it does on every call

  • Never claims to be a personIt names your business first and says it is automated, at the start or whenever someone asks, whichever you choose.
  • Asks your questionsBy default what the job is, how big, how soon, and when they are free. Never budget.
  • Books the visitIt offers the next two open slots on your calendar, and you get a text with the details.

Where a call back matters most

Questions

Does it pretend to be a person?

No. It says it is automated, at the start of the call or whenever someone asks, whichever you choose.

When does it call?

Between 8am and 8pm in the time zone of the lead's phone number. A form sent late at night gets its call the next morning. You can narrow the window further.

What if nobody picks up?

It tries twice more over the next couple of days, inside the same window, and leaves a voicemail written for your business.

Who does it book?

You set the rule: only people ready now, anyone ready within a month, or everyone. It turns away what you rule out, such as jobs under your minimum or outside your area, and tells the lead you will call back when a job needs you.

Are the calls recorded?

Only if you agree. We recommend it says so at the start, because some states require everyone on a call to agree to a recording.

What does it cost?

It is part of the Arcos Ecosystem and quoted on a call, because the price depends on which pieces you stack. Scope and price are agreed in writing before any work starts. See pricing.
