What you get
- A reply to every inquiry sent through your website, by text, in your business's name.

- Your offer by name, whether that is a free estimate, a written quote or a site visit.
- The conversation handed to you with the answers in it.
- Texts go out between 8am and 9pm where the lead is, so a form sent at midnight gets its reply at 8am.
The questions it asks, by trade
These are the defaults we start from. You change them at setup.
- Junk removalWhat is going, roughly how much, where it sits, any stairs, and a photo if they have one.
- Lawn careLot size, how often, and when they want to start.
- ConcreteSquare footage, whether old concrete comes out, and timing.
- CleaningBedrooms, bathrooms, and how often.
- TowingWhere the vehicle is, what it is, and whether the keys are with it.
It never asks about budget. A homeowner's number is a guess, and it anchors against your quote before you have seen the job. Asking when they want it done tells you how serious they are.
What it will not do
- Claim to be a person. It says it is automated, at the start or whenever someone asks, whichever you choose.
- Quote a price, agree a scope or commit you to anything.
- Leave out your business name, skip the way to opt out, or text anyone who asked it to stop.
Questions
Is this a chatbot on my website?
No. It answers your website form. When someone sends it, the reply goes to their phone by text, so the conversation carries on wherever they are.
Does it cost extra?
No. It is part of the Foundation, $297 a month, or $197 without review requests. No setup fee, cancel any month.
Can I change what it asks?
Yes. At setup you list your questions and the answers you expect, the jobs it should turn away, and the questions it should answer in your words. You also choose what it does with a lead from after hours: qualify them, take their details for you, or just confirm the form arrived. Later changes are covered by your fee.
Where do the answers go?
To you. A qualified lead is emailed to the address you check, and texted too if you want. Every lead and message is yours.
What if it says something wrong?
It can make mistakes. You read the conversations, tell us, and we correct its setup. Nothing it says binds you or us.
